| Just a quick hi to everyone.
I am a late onset rider (50+), probably much more cautious ("slower") than most, years of cycling experience (including multiple "meeting" with cars on the cycle) so i do carry some bad habits even after Honda and Stay upright training... i have GOT to do more of that! Fun and safe.
Won't bore you with bundles of useless facts, but i should warn you i can be slack with checking forums and emails.... i do a lot of that at work already, so if i do not answer any posts immediately i apologise and am not meaning to be rude.
