Hi guys
I am a brand new rider (got my L's on Tues 19th May09). I bought my fiance's (megz10) old bike, Now no laughing......

CBR125 to learn on. I live in Nowra, I also enjoy a sail and a beer or three.
The bike i want in 15mths is most likely kawazaki 6n or triumph daytona 675.

Look forward to riding with you when you get your new bike in a year or so. Nah, just kidding. Your welcome to pick up some road experience on any of our rides. The ride on the 31st with HRCA would suit you well. Shortish ride including a karting session and a chance to socialise. If you want to kart though you need to make a booking with Glenn from Western Motorcycles. See topic for details. Not Karting? Lunch only is $10.00.

what do you sail?? i used to have my yacht moored in currambene creek up untill easter this year...

Most of the rides are pretty cruisy so you wont be left behind. Even when on a speedier ride the leaders always wait at each turn for everyone to catch up.

I'm only on a 250 and I've never had an issue

Hi Tony, Welcome to the site. I had a CBR125 exactly the same as yours. It was a great first bike. I upgraded to a CBR600RR late last year. But hey, wwe all have to start somewhere, and you have done it at the right place.

I'm a newy to the forum also
I notice that you are from Nowra / mascot,
because i live in kiama i am sort of in between
i do ride a lot with a great group of guys and girls from Nowra so if you want to join us some times i can let you now about local rides. often they meet in nowra and ride to Kiama for coffee. so if you want I'll keep you posted.
