| Hi,
My name is Michael and I live in the Penrith area. Just came across your site as i seen a member in the area and thought I would join up. I ride a CBR 1100 XX but haven't been doing much riding due to work commitments.
Really looking forward to getting back on the bike. Hoping to catch up with some of you in the near future.

mine has shop oil in it at the moment and i want it out but i dont want rubbish

Cheers I've only had mine for 2 months & it's about to get its first service under my ownership, so I have no idea what's in it now, but I'll be paying attention. Re oil, you've come to the right place... Ask NSWR member RossT. He works for Gulf Western Oil, based right there in Penrith. Mention your a NSWR member if ordering oil, to get our discount. There is a cod account set up at Gulf Western for NSW Riders which allows you to buy at wholesale
The product I would suggest for your Honda is Protecta Ultra.
It is formulated for high performance engines including turbo charged 4 cylinder screamers and motor cycles.
It is used by a lot of forum members and I use it in my R1 and V Max.
