| Greetings, NSW Riders! I'm a new rider of the female variety. *gasp* Got my L's October last year and have been steadily practicing ever since... Now I'm having the best time riding around. I've got the usual learner setup - 08 Ninja 250r bought second-hand, new clutch/brake levers and sliders. I'm in love with my bike, sigh. Oh here's a pic: Finally joined a bikie forum because... well to be perfectly honest, I wanted to make sure I'd like riding before I started yabbering about it, and I can safely confirm I'm hooked on the things! I'll be lurking around the forums, see ya 'round! P.S I joined at a nice time, since NSW Rider's birthday's coming up, but alas I can't make it! Would have been a perfect first ride! |

| Welcome to the reeeal world Sam! It's great to hear how much you're enjoying riding. I think forums are a great thing to be part of as you get a heap of support re mechanical advice, as well as riding technique advice [unfortunately not all of it should be listended to!]. BTW - we're bikERS [people who ride bikes], not bikIES [people who join MC clubs and wear patches]. Looking forward to meeting you soon I hope | |

| Welcome to NSW Riders, Sam. It's always great to hear such inspiration from new riders and have people finding the joy the rest of us find on two wheels.
Keep an eye on the Ride and Events section. We have a ride on this weekend (after a BBQ of course). We also host L and P plater friendly rides - great events to help ease newbies into things.
