Well just got recommended by a mate to check this website...and am i excited or what!
Great to see people from all aspects of life collectively here simply for the common love of two wheels!

Im a proud owner of a beautiful Yamaha MT01. Im sure half the members wont even know this bike! Its a cult bike introduced in 2005 by Yamaha and i love every bit of it! A thumping V Twin producing 1670cc and pulsating 150 nm of torque on a sports chasis is simply a drug.

Hope to see you guys very soon for those summer rides.

Love the bike mate. Just have to convince the 4 cylinder bike fools on here that 2 and 3 cylinder bikes are the way to go and they are missing out on the lovely torque that they dont get

Thanks all for the warm welcome! Thankyou Brian for introducing me to this site. And yes Ross, great respect for the V4 V-Max. Its an awesome bike with technology oozing out of every bit. But its the Sports Chasis of the MT with the awesomeness of the KODO engine that is pulsating in every way. Well its an overall win for Yamaha!

Welcome Toxicatedbrat! - from one MT-01 lover to another! you have the most awesome bike and now you are on the most awesome website forum for bikers in NSW! Great to see another MT musclebike owner here. I got my MT-01 early this year and have hardly ridden it - I have a few thousand sorry kilometers on it . . . but that's history and I'm looking forward to riding it much more with the group in 2011. It would be fantastic to catch up with you on a ride day and compare notes on our wunderlust machines! I have had a handlebar replacement done - the new ones are higher, closer and facilitate a more upright riding position. It was a big job as all the cables and hydraulics had to be re-done too!
